The Cohort Model

Small rooms.
On purpose.

Each cohort is intentionally limited to approximately twenty participants to preserve interaction, case discussion, coaching, and evaluation quality.
Module 01
The Discipline

Why Revenue Durability exists.

Revenue quality versus revenue growth, enterprise value, Customer Capital, the three Revenue Durability dimensions, and the twelve capabilities.

Module 02
The Diagnostic

Measures, questions, and evidence.

Scoring, maturity, data quality, and diagnostic administration. How to prepare a client, establish the right respondents, and ask questions without contaminating the responses.

Module 03
The Profile

Reading the Revenue Durability Profile.

Patterns, interdependencies, concentrations, and contradictions. Leading versus lagging indicators, and where management perception diverges from evidence.

Module 04
The Review

Conducting the Revenue Durability Review.

Preparing, opening, questioning, challenging, and facilitating. Not "here are your scores" but "here is what the evidence says about the structural quality of your revenue."

Module 05
Insight to Priority

The lowest score is not the top priority.

Risk, exposure, interdependency, urgency, feasibility, and leverage. Action pathways, Customer Validation & Alignment triggers, and an introduction to Strategist-level work.

Module 06
Professional Practice

Standards, ethics, and scope.

Confidentiality, appropriate use of data, representation of credentials, methodology integrity, and the Institute's Code of Professional Practice. Adherence is a condition of certification.
